So it is here—between Facebook stalking and the occasional pyramid scheme— we can finally catch a glimpse of what could be called a truly global phenomenon of terrible job interviews.
While some take a turn for the better, most interviews here are a tragic state of affairs. Now throw in the mix some narcissistic overlords and their incompetency, and chaos is bound to ensue! Interviews are like any question and answer session, sometimes they flop, sometimes they motivate critical thinking, but every now and then they leave us uncertain about the very nature of the work environment.
